The essentials about P3P Labs and how the platform works.
P3P Labs is a personalized wellness platform bringing together advanced wellness products, telehealth access, at home DNA testing, laboratory blood work, and individualized protocols to support health, performance, recovery, and longevity.
Start by creating your account and telling us about your goals. From there, you can explore products, protocols, testing, and telehealth services. Depending on what you choose, your journey may include a health assessment, DNA testing, blood work, or clinical review with an independent licensed healthcare provider.
For some treatments, yes. Many products and services available through P3P Labs don't require one. Anything requiring a prescription must first be evaluated and approved by a licensed healthcare provider. Each product or treatment page will tell you what is required before you purchase.
No. P3P Labs is a wellness platform, not a medical practice. When medical care is required, we connect you with independent licensed healthcare providers who are responsible for clinical evaluation, treatment decisions, and prescribing.
Yes. P3P Labs and Life Source Treatment share common ownership. This does not change how clinical decisions are made. Providers exercise their own independent medical judgment, are not compensated based on what or whether they prescribe, and can decline any treatment you request.
You must be 18 or older to use P3P Labs. Telehealth services and prescription treatments are available across the United States, although availability of specific treatments may vary by state and applicable regulations. Availability and shipping of non-prescription products may vary by destination.
A P3P Protocol is a structured approach built around your goals, combining the products you're using with the education to understand why. Where available, your health information, DNA insights, and laboratory results can add additional layers of personalization. When prescription treatment is involved, your licensed healthcare provider determines what's clinically appropriate.
When a treatment requires medical evaluation, an independent licensed healthcare provider reviews relevant information about your health, goals, current medications, and medical history. The provider then determines whether treatment is appropriate for you and, when appropriate, issues a prescription.
P3P offers both DNA and laboratory blood testing. DNA testing can be completed using an at-home collection kit. Blood testing is completed through a laboratory location. Samples are analyzed by independent laboratories according to the requirements applicable to the test.
Availability depends on the product and destination. Prescription treatments are currently fulfilled within the United States only. International availability of non-prescription products varies by destination and applicable import requirements. DNA testing availability and fulfillment may also vary by market.
Email info@p3plabs.com for questions about your account, products, orders, shipping, or the P3P platform. For medical questions about a treatment you've been prescribed, contact the healthcare provider responsible for your care.

Prescription treatments, protocols, dosing, storage, and treatment support.
P3P provides access to provider-directed treatments across hormone health — including TRT for men and HRT for women — metabolic health, weight management, performance, recovery, regenerative health, cellular health, cognitive support, and longevity. Availability varies by treatment and location.
Yes. Testosterone replacement therapy is one of our core treatment areas. A licensed healthcare provider will review your symptoms, health history, and relevant laboratory information to determine whether testosterone therapy is clinically appropriate. Testosterone is a controlled substance and is subject to additional prescribing requirements.
Yes. P3P provides access to hormone therapy for women when determined appropriate by a licensed healthcare provider. Your provider considers your symptoms, health history, laboratory information where appropriate, and individual goals before recommending treatment.
Regenerative health is offered as a treatment program rather than a single product. Depending on your individual needs, this may include consultation, provider-directed treatment, prescription where appropriate, ongoing support, and follow-up.
Dietary supplements provide nutrients or other dietary ingredients and do not require a prescription. Prescription treatments are used for specific clinical purposes and require evaluation and oversight by a licensed healthcare provider. Dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
Some treatments available through the providers on our platform, including testosterone therapy, involve controlled substances. These treatments are subject to additional federal and state prescribing requirements, and availability may vary by location and applicable regulations.
Your goals, health information, individual needs, and available testing insights can all contribute to your protocol. When prescription treatment is involved, your licensed healthcare provider makes the final clinical and prescribing decisions.
Yes. You're welcome to discuss treatments you're interested in. Your healthcare provider will determine whether a requested treatment is appropriate for you based on your individual health profile and clinical needs.
Some treatments may be used together, while others shouldn't be combined. Your healthcare provider will determine which treatments are appropriate to use together as part of your individual plan.
Yes. Certain medications or treatments may interact with one another or require separate administration. Always follow the instructions provided with your treatment and the guidance of your healthcare provider.
Tell your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, planning a pregnancy, or trying to conceive before starting treatment. Some treatments may not be appropriate during pregnancy or breastfeeding and some may affect fertility. Your provider will advise you based on your individual circumstances.
Where a compounded medication is prescribed, it is prepared by a licensed pharmacy pursuant to a patient-specific prescription from a licensed healthcare provider.
No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed.
Reconstitution means adding the appropriate sterile diluent to a medication before use. If your treatment requires reconstitution, follow the instructions supplied with your specific medication.
The physical size of a vial doesn't indicate how much medication it contains. Vials are filled according to the prescribed quantity and concentration, so a correctly filled vial may appear partially empty.
Always follow the dosing instructions provided with your specific treatment. Never change the dose of a prescription medication without speaking with the healthcare provider responsible for your care.
Don't automatically double your next dose. Follow the instructions provided with your treatment or contact your healthcare provider if you're unsure what to do.
Storage requirements vary by medication. Always follow the instructions provided with your treatment, including any refrigeration, temperature, light, or handling requirements.
Unless your specific medication instructions state otherwise, maintaining the correct storage conditions is generally more important than orientation. Always follow the pharmacy's instructions supplied with your medication.
Yes. Follow the expiration date, beyond-use date, and storage instructions provided with your specific medication or product.
It depends on your goals, treatment, and individual response. Some protocols have a defined duration, while others may continue or be adjusted over time under the guidance of your healthcare provider.
Yes. Your protocol can evolve as your goals, health information, laboratory results, or response change. Any changes involving prescription treatment must be reviewed by your healthcare provider.
There isn't one timeline that applies to everyone. Your response depends on the treatment, your individual biology, your starting point, and consistency. Your healthcare provider can help you understand what to expect from your specific treatment.
No. Treatments may support a broader health plan, but nutrition, physical activity, sleep, recovery, and other lifestyle factors remain important parts of long-term health.
In many cases, yes, but requirements depend on the medication and destination. Keep prescription treatments in their original labeled packaging and check transportation, storage, airline, and destination requirements before traveling.
Place used needles and syringes in an appropriate sharps container and follow your local requirements for safe disposal. Never place loose needles directly into household trash or recycling.
No. Prescription medication is prescribed specifically for you based on your individual health information and should never be shared with another person.
Contact the healthcare provider responsible for your treatment. If you experience severe or potentially life-threatening symptoms, seek emergency medical care immediately. Adverse events may also be reported to the FDA through its MedWatch program.

Clinical reviews, telehealth appointments, follow-ups, and provider decisions.
Your clinical process may begin with a review of the health information you submit. When a live consultation is required or requested, it can be arranged with an independent licensed healthcare provider.
Your provider may review your goals, medical history, current medications and supplements, relevant symptoms, laboratory results, and any other information needed to determine whether treatment is appropriate.
Have an up-to-date list of medications and supplements, known medical conditions and allergies, and recent laboratory results if you have them. Providing complete and accurate information helps your provider make a more informed clinical assessment.
Not always. Your healthcare provider determines whether laboratory testing is necessary based on your health history, symptoms, and the treatment being considered.
No. A consultation or clinical review does not guarantee a prescription or treatment. Your healthcare provider independently determines whether treatment is appropriate for you.
If a provider determines that the requested treatment isn't appropriate, the treatment won't be prescribed. Any applicable consultation refund or credit will be handled according to the terms presented for that service at the time of purchase.
Yes. Although P3P Labs and Life Source Treatment share common ownership, healthcare providers exercise independent clinical judgment. They are not required to prescribe any treatment requested through the platform, and their compensation is not based on what or whether they prescribe.
Yes, when clinically appropriate. Your healthcare provider may adjust treatment based on your progress, response, laboratory results where relevant, side effects, and individual needs.
It depends on your treatment and individual needs. Your healthcare provider will advise you when follow-up evaluation or testing is appropriate or required.
Tell your healthcare provider about everything you're currently taking, including prescription medications, over-the-counter products, vitamins, supplements, and other treatments. This helps your provider identify potential interactions and make appropriate treatment decisions.
Keep your health information current and tell your healthcare provider about relevant changes before your next clinical review or prescription.
Yes. Clinical consultations and medical records created by your healthcare provider are handled according to applicable healthcare privacy requirements. Information associated with your P3P Labs account is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
P3P provides access to telehealth services across the United States. Specific provider, pharmacy, and treatment availability may still vary based on your location and applicable regulations.
No. P3P Labs and the telehealth services accessible through the platform are not intended for medical emergencies. If you believe you're experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency medical care.

Your DNA kit, results, genetic information, and privacy.
P3P DNA testing provides genetic insights designed to support a more personalized approach to wellness, nutrition, metabolism, performance, recovery, and longevity.
A collection kit is sent to you. You'll collect your sample using the materials and instructions provided, then return it to the designated laboratory for analysis.
Your kit includes the collection materials and step-by-step instructions. Follow the instructions carefully to help ensure the laboratory receives a usable sample.
Results are typically available approximately 10 to 14 days after your sample is received for analysis. You'll be notified when your results are ready.
Your genetic results provide another layer of insight that can be considered alongside your goals, lifestyle, health information, and other available data. Genetic information can help inform personalization, but it does not determine medical treatment decisions on its own.
No. P3P DNA testing provides genetic insights and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.
No. DNA testing is an optional personalization tool and isn't required to use P3P Labs or access other products and services.
Your physical sample is handled according to the terms and policies applicable to the DNA testing service you select. Information about sample retention, storage, and destruction will be provided as part of the testing process.
The retention of genetic information is governed by the Privacy Policy and the terms applicable to your DNA testing service. You can review those policies for details about retention, deletion requests, and any legal obligations that may apply.
You can request deletion of eligible genetic information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Certain information may need to be retained where required by law or for other legally permitted purposes.
No. P3P Labs does not sell your genetic information. Any use or disclosure of genetic information is governed by our Privacy Policy, applicable consent, and applicable law.
P3P Labs does not provide your genetic information to employers or insurers for employment or underwriting purposes except where required or expressly authorized by law and applicable consent. Legal protections for genetic information vary depending on the type of insurance and applicable law.
If the laboratory can't obtain enough usable DNA from your sample, you'll receive instructions about the next steps and whether a replacement sample is required.

Blood panels, laboratory locations, results, and medical records.
P3P offers purpose-built laboratory panels based on different health goals rather than relying on one universal panel. Testing may include hormones, metabolic markers, and other relevant biomarkers. The appropriate testing depends on what you're working toward and, when ordered clinically, your healthcare provider's judgment.
Where laboratory testing requires a clinical order, it is ordered through a licensed healthcare provider. This also allows relevant results to be interpreted within the context of your health and treatment.
Blood draws are completed at participating laboratory locations. You'll receive location information and any preparation instructions, such as fasting requirements, when your testing is arranged.
Turnaround times vary by test. Many routine results may be available within several business days, while specialized testing can take longer. You'll be notified when your results are available.
Where testing is clinically ordered, the healthcare provider responsible for the order reviews the results and determines their relevance to your health or treatment.
Laboratory results ordered by your healthcare provider may form part of the medical record maintained by the clinical practice and are retained in accordance with applicable law. These medical records are separate from your general P3P Labs account data.
Yes. You can request access to eligible medical records from the healthcare provider or clinical practice responsible for maintaining them, subject to applicable law and their records process.

Pricing, insurance, subscriptions, and recurring plans.
Services start at $199. Pricing varies by product, testing option, consultation, and treatment. Applicable costs are displayed before purchase so you can see what you're paying for.
P3P Labs operates primarily on a cash-pay basis. Insurance billing is not currently offered through P3P Labs. Depending on the purchase and your plan, certain eligible expenses may qualify for HSA or FSA reimbursement. Check with your plan administrator to confirm eligibility.
Not necessarily. Some products or protocols may be offered on a recurring basis, while others are one-time purchases. Any recurring terms, billing frequency, renewal information, and cancellation conditions will be shown before you enroll.
If you enroll in a recurring plan, the payment method on file will be charged according to the billing schedule disclosed when you enroll. You can review the terms of your plan through your account.
Where your plan allows pausing or cancellation, you can manage it according to the terms shown in your account. Make changes before the applicable processing or renewal deadline to help prevent the next order from entering fulfillment.
Cancelling a recurring plan stops future fulfillment according to the terms of your plan. Medication that has already entered pharmacy preparation, fulfillment, or shipment may not be cancellable. Contact Support as soon as possible if you need assistance.
